Activities for the Disabled
Rebound Therapy
For our disabled members a chance to use our full size trampoline under the guidance of a qualified coach. Many members benefit from this activity. We are sorry that unfortunately for medical reasons we are unable to offer this session to people with Downs Syndrome. This session must be booked in advance.
Cost: £5 a 1/4 hr session
Boccia
The Boccia session is for the whole range of disability. It is a paralympic sport played in a seated position similiar to bowls
Sessions are on Tuesdays, 3:30-4:15
Cost, £2.50 per person
