We have weekly practice sessions and monthly competitions. All Archers must be over 12 and must have completed a 6 week beginners course with one of our qualified instructors. For more info on courses and special events ask at reception or speak to one of our instructors on club nights.
This is an integrated Youth club for young people aged between 8 and 18. There are lots of sporting activities to take part in and a great way to make new friends!
Bring the little ones along to bounce on our full size trampoline, then let them play on the play equipment or the Bouncy castle and in the ball pool.
For our disabled members a chance to use our full size trampoline under the guidance of a qualified coach. Many members benefit from this activity. We are sorry that unfortunately for medical reasons we are unable to offer this session to people with Downs Syndrome. This session must be booked in advance
