We have weekly practice sessions and monthly competitions. All Archers must be over 12 and must have completed a 6 week beginners course with one of our qualified instructors. For more info on courses and special events ask at reception or speak to one of our instructors on club nights.

Under 16? We have a gym session dedicated to young people who want to use the gym to keep fit and healthy. Book an induction now with our specifically qualified leaders Claire/Matt and Dave.

Keep fit and Gentle moves
Gentle moves is a gentle work out to music to help improve mobility and fitness and is suitable for those with restricted movements. This is suitable for wheelchair users as most activities are done seated. Keep fit is a more active, but not too strenuous class. Both classes are under the professional instruction of a qualified instructor.
Wednesdays – Gentle moves 10.30-11.30am. Keep fit 11.30-12.30

Young at Heart
This is a workout in the fitness room. It is aimed at those over 50 who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You can have a game of table tennis and refreshments are always available
