Class schedule

Our class schedule gives you an overview of our weekly sessions. It includes our exercise classes, inclusive sessions and social groups.

While most require booking online, some do not. Please visit our bookings page to see the dates of each class.  

Some sessions our run by our partners and therefore need to be booked through their websites.

Monday

Pilates for Parkinson's

11:15am - 12:15PM

Run by our partners ON Physio.

​

Expert neurologists with Parkinson's experience lead the program.  All information on how to book can be found on their website. 

Circuits

6-7pm

High-intensity workout

with rotating stations for full-body exercise. Our friendly team will motivate you to do your best.

Spinning

6:30-7:30pm

High-octane static cycling with epic beats and lighting! Lead by our Spinning instructor who will guide you through the session.

Tuesday

Movement to music

11am-11:45am

Fun and inclusive dance class where everyone has fun together.

Parasol Pop-up kitchen

12-1pm

In partnership with Parasol

Delicious lunch and great socialising for all.

In-person ordering only

Boccia session 1

1-1:45pm

An adapted precision Paralympic sport where players aim balls close to the target. Run by our trained Boccia instructors.

The social shed

10:30am - 12pm

A social club with a different theme each week.

Parasol Pop-up kitchen

12-1pm

Delicious lunch.

Poppins Café

2:30-4pm

Café and social time for retirees with delicious cake, drinks and special discounts.

HIIT Bodyblast

6-7pm

A full-body conditioning class that combines cardio, strength, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises.

PD Attack

10-11am

Run by our partners ON Physio.

Circuit based exercise class specifically targeting the symptoms of Parkinsons.

Neurofit

11am-12pm

Run by our partners ON Physio.

Supported gym exercise session. Work on your individualised physio set programme in a well equipped gym. Small group session to allow one-one-one support and assistance to reach your goals.

Spinning

6:30-7:30pm

Get ready to end the week on a high!

The Runner's Refuel

7-9pm

Social time for Headington Road Runners with pints, snacks and hot/cold drinks. 

No booking required.

Spinning

6:30-7:30pm

Our second session of the week, where our instructor will lead you through hills, sprints and flats as you exercise together.
