Spinning® Studio

OXSRAD is proud to be an Official Spinning® Centre, offering weekly classes led by qualified Spinning® instructors. Whether you’re a seasoned spinner or trying it for the first time, our sessions are open to all and provide an invigorating experience for every fitness level.

Gym and Weight Room

Our gym is equipped with everything you need for a complete workout, including specialised and adaptive equipment to ensure accessibility for all, including wheelchair users and those with physical challenges.

The dedicated weights room features free weights, a bench press machine, and a pull-up bar for strength training.

Sensory Room

Our sensory room provides a safe, calming space designed to explore colour, light, sound, and textures. With soft padding and interactive features, it’s perfect for relaxation, stimulation, and sensory exploration.

Sensory rooms are particularly beneficial for individuals with learning difficulties, offering a supportive environment to reduce anxiety, enhance focus, and promote calmness.

Our café is a great spot for everyone—whether you’re enjoying a post-workout snack, relaxing with a cup of tea or coffee, or catching up on work in a comfortable setting. We offer a range of hot and cold drinks, cakes, and on Thursday evenings, alcoholic beverages.

It’s also a calming space for those who may struggle with communication, offering a supportive environment to practice social skills like ordering drinks or engaging with others.
