Centre Support Team Member

OXSRAD is an inclusive sports and recreation centre providing a welcoming, supportive environment for people with disabilities, long-term health conditions, and the wider community in Oxford.
We are looking for friendly, proactive and reliable staff to join our team and support the day-to-day running of the centre. You will play a key role in creating a safe and positive experience for all users, helping them feel welcome and maintaining the space, and helping the centre run smoothly.
You should be comfortable working in a hands-on, varied role and enjoy working with a wide range of people.

OXSRAD Rebound Therapist
Part Time (12.5 hours), £14.50 p/h
Starting salary will be dependent on skills and experience, with opportunities for progression.
We are hiring for a Rebound Therapist to join our team and deliver safe, inclusive, and engaging Rebound Therapy sessions.
Rebound Therapy is OXSRAD’s largest therapy programme, supporting over 60 individuals each week with a wide range of physical, learning, and sensory disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in a well-established and growing programme that makes a real difference to people’s lives.
In this role, you will deliver structured 1:1 and small group sessions, using trampoline-based therapy to support participants’ physical, sensory, and emotional development.

KEY SKILLS

Qualified Rebound Therapy Practitioner, Rebound Plus Practitioner, or similar Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with participants, carers, and colleagues

A strong commitment to inclusive practice and supporting individuals with a wide range of needs
We welcome applications from candidates who are not yet qualified in Rebound Therapy but are enthusiastic and willing to undertake training.

OXSRAD Activity Lead
Part Time (11.25 hours), £14.50 p/h
We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Activity Lead to deliver inclusive and engaging sessions across our community programmes.
In this role, you will lead a variety of activities, including accessible sports sessions and social groups, supporting participants with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and sensory needs.
You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals can build confidence, stay active, and feel a strong sense of belonging within their community.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading groups, adapting activities to suit different abilities, and working with people from diverse backgrounds and needs. The role also involves designing and preparing sessions; however, we encourage applications from candidates without prior experience in this area, as training will be provided.
